Following Traders
Finding the right traders to follow is the most important part of copy trading. HeyAana gives you the data you need to make informed decisions.
Where to find traders
- Traders page (
/dashboard/traders) -- browse and search all traders with detailed stats - Live trade feed (
/dashboard/social) -- spot active traders making moves in real time and follow them directly from the feed
Evaluating a trader
Before you follow anyone, check their stats:
- Win rate -- percentage of profitable trades
- ROI -- return on investment over time
- Profit -- total dollar profit
- Volume -- how actively they trade
- Alpha score -- a composite score reflecting overall trading skill
A high win rate with low volume may mean a trader is selective. High volume with moderate win rate may indicate a more active strategy. Consider what fits your style.
How to follow
- Find a trader you like on either page
- Click the Follow button on their profile
- A confirmation modal appears where you can configure your copy trade settings (share size and limits)
- Confirm to start copying
Following a trader means real trades will execute in your account. Make sure you have sufficient balance before starting.
